If you do not have a Cigna or Aetna insurance plan then full payment is required at the time of service. I will give you a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and I am unable to refund fees if your insurance company does not provide reimbursement. If this is a concern, please check with your insurance company beforehand to confirm your coverage.
